Spring Break Trip

These pictures are for Papa and Cameron, the two Civil War buffs. You will definitely want to take a trip to Gettysburg; it has been preserved in an unbelievable way.

The field where Pickett's Charge took place.

The David Wills house where Abraham Lincoln wrote his famous speech (left). A view from the Confederate Drive in Gettysburg (above).

Wait until Mo finds out that you can do the Gettysburg battlefield tour by horseback.

Jack with Abraham Lincoln at the Gettysburg Museum.

On the way to North Carolina (and fishing!), we stopped in DC. The White House has beehives on the back lawn.

Out West Vacation

Here are some of my favorite photos from our trip out West:
This one is for Mom: I knew you would be impressed with the hairdo on this police horse, who was working the Teton County Fair in Jackson, Wyoming.

The boys fishing in Victor, Idaho.

The bald eagle we saw from the rafting trip.

The Boys Spring Concert

Video clips from the boys Spring Concert yesterday. Uploaded just for the Nana and Papa.

Jack is in the second row; you may be able to spot his blond head over the female soloist. (Inigo, the Filipino soloist is Jack's best friend...and the cutest munchkin ever.)

The best for last: Adam sings a solo!

Spencer's Graduation from Air Force boot Camp

Some of you know that my niece, Spencer, joined the Air Force late last year and today graduated from boot camp. Below are some pictures of her graduation. Her mother is standing behind her in the black and white coat.

Below- standing at attention with her unit of all girls.

marching in (below)- she is the second girl behind the flag bearer.

Spencer and Nana ( my mom- for those who don't know)

Spencer, her mother Wendy and friend Ali

Friday was her actual graduation in her dress blues. Below are some pictures.

Spencer's bed(above) in her dorm room - with the first time her mom has seen her bed made in 19 years.

Spencer ( above) with her locker and her camouflage.

Sleep deprived and food deprived- she has made us all so proud. Go Airman Hearn!
